충남교육청이 청렴한 공사 관리와 감독을 위해 1514명의 학교 및 기관 공사 관계자에게 청렴 실천 의지를 담은 서한문을 발송했다. 

이번 서한문은 신설학교 신축공사와 교육시설 환경개선 공사에 참여한 시공업체 대표들에게 감사의 뜻을 전하며, 청정 충남교육을 실현하기 위한 노력을 강조하고 있다.

이를 바탕으로 올해에도 공사 관리와 감독 분야의 청렴도를 더욱 높이기 위해 공정성과 투명성을 강화하고, 부패 인식을 개선하기 위한 다양한 노력을 지속할 계획이다.

특히, 기술직 공무원의 실무 역량과 청렴 인식을 높이기 위한 교육을 실시하고, 매월 지역 교육지원청 시설팀장들과의 회의를 통해 학교 공사 진행 상황을 점검할 예정이다. 

또한, 공사 현장을 방문하여 관계자들의 의견을 듣고, 청렴 의식을 높이기 위한 '찾아가는 청렴 전문 상담반'을 운영할 계획이다.

이외에도 청렴 실천 다짐대회, 공사 관계자와의 소통의 날 운영, 시설 공사 정보 공개 등을 통해 알 권리를 충족시키고, 시설 공사 행정 서비스 만족도 조사를 실시하는 등 다양한 실천 과제를 추진할 예정이다.
