당진시(시장 오성환)는 오는 20일부터 전월세 사기 피해 예방을 위해 당진시에 거주하거나 거주 예정인 시민을 대상으로 ‘주택 임대차 안심 계약 도움 서비스’를 시행한다고 14일 밝혔다.

이 서비스는 한국공인중개사협회 충청남도회에서 추천한 공인중개사로 구성된 주거 안심 매니저가 1:1 상담을 제공하며, 상담 내용으로는 △부동산등기부등본 및 건축물대장 확인 △전월세 시세 형성가 분석 △건축물 입지 분석 등 부동산 계약에 필요한 정보를 무료로 제공한다.

해당 사업은 2024년에 처음 시행되었으며, 올해부터는 당진 거주 청년에서 전체 시민으로 지원 대상을 확대하여 더 많은 시민이 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 할 예정이다.

상담을 원하는 시민은 당진시청 누리집을 통해 온라인으로 신청하거나, 토지관리과 부동산관리팀을 방문 또는 유선으로 사전 신청할 수 있다. 

상담을 신청한 경우, 당진시청 1층 ‘주택 임대차 안심 계약 도움 서비스’ 상담 창구에서 매주 목요일 오후 1시 30분부터 4시 30분까지 전월세와 관련된 구체적인 상담을 받을 수 있다.

토지관리과 관계자는 “부동산 계약 관련 경험이 부족한 시민들에게 실질적인 도움이 되어 전월세 계약 시 발생할 수 있는 피해가 사전에 예방되길 바란다”고 전했다
