대전 서구가 쾌적하고 안전한 주거환경을 조성하고 관리비 절감을 도모하기 위해 ‘2025년도 공동주택 지원사업’을 시행한다고 17일 발표했다.

올해 지원사업은 총 9개 분야로 구성되어 있으며, 총 813백만 원의 예산이 투입된다. 

주요 지원 항목으로는 스마트 공동주택 안전관리 시스템 구축 ,노후 공용시설 보수 ,에너지 절약 ,공동체 활성화 ,교통안전 시설 설치 ,소규모 공동주택 안전 점검 ,노후 소규모 공동주택 외벽 도색 ,가로등(보안등) 전기료 지원 등이 포함된다.

특히, 올해는 과학기술정보통신부의 ‘스마트빌리지 보급 및 확산 사업’ 공모에 선정됨에 따라 스마트 안전관리 시스템 구축 지원사업이 새롭게 추가되었다.

지원사업 신청은 1월 21일부터 2월 26일까지 가능하며, 현장 조사와 서류 심사를 거쳐 공동주택지원심사위원회의 심의를 통해 3월 중 지원 단지가 선정될 예정이다.

서철모 청장은 “공동주택 지원사업은 주거환경 개선과 관리비 절감 등으로 입주민들의 만족도가 높다”며, “앞으로도 서구의 공동주택 주거 공간을 더욱 살기 좋은 곳으로 만들기 위해 다양한 정책과 지원을 지속적으로 추진할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

한편, 지난해에는 790개 단지에 829백만 원을 지원하여 주거환경 개선과 공동체 활성화에 기여하며 구민들의 높은 만족도를 이끌어낸 바 있다.

Daejeon Seo-gu to promote 2025 apartment complex support project

Daejeon Seo-gu announced on the 17th that it will implement the ‘2025 apartment complex support project’ to create a comfortable and safe living environment and reduce management costs.
