대전시교육청은 12월 9일부터 12일까지 대전교육정보원에서 교무행정늘봄실무원 157명을 대상으로 늘봄학교 업무담당자 실무처리 역량 강화를 위한 연수를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 연수에 참여하는 교무행정늘봄실무원들은 2024년 제2회 대전시교육청 교육공무직원 채용시험에서 높은 경쟁률을 뚫고 최종 합격한 인원들로, 12월 1일부터 전체 초등학교 151교 및 특수학교 6교(총 157교)에서 늘봄학교 행정업무를 담당하고 있다.

연수 프로그램은 교무행정늘봄실무원의 현장 적응을 돕고 원활한 늘봄학교 운영을 위해 구성되었다. 주요 내용으로는 늘봄학교 정책 이해, 방과후학교 운영 실무처리, 늘봄학교 업무처리 흐름 및 실제 처리방법 안내, 학교조직문화 이해, 의사소통 및 갈등관리 방법, 마인드 제고 및 업무담당자로서의 역할과 책임의식 등이 포함된다.

대전교육청은 대면 연수 외에도 다양한 지원 방안을 마련하여 업무 공감대를 형성하고 안정적인 실무 처리를 지속적으로 지원할 계획이다.

김옥세 대전시교육청 교육정책과장은 “이번 연수는 학교 현장에서 늘봄학교 업무처리에 필요한 과정으로 구성하였다”며, “2025년도 늘봄학교가 차질 없이 운영되도록 적극적으로 지원해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
