충남 아산시의회가 제253회 제2차 정례회가 진행 중인 가운데, 12월 6일부터 13일까지 각 상임위원회별로 2025년도 예산안 심사에 돌입했다.

2025년도 전체 예산안 규모는 일반회계 1조 6264억 원, 특별회계 1752억 원으로, 총 1조 8016억 원에 달하며, 이는 전년 대비 1901억 원(11.8%) 증가한 수치다.

기획행정농업위원회(위원장 전남수), 문화복지환경위원회(위원장 이춘호), 건설도시위원회(위원장 김은복)는 세출예산이 목적에 부합하고 실효성 있게 편성되었는지를 면밀히 검토하겠다고 밝혔다. 

이들은 시민의 복리 증진과 시정 발전에 꼭 필요한 사업들이 예산에 잘 반영될 수 있도록 심사에 심혈을 기울일 것임을 강조했다.

각 상임위원회에서 심사한 예산안은 16일 예산결산특별위원회에서 조정을 거친 후, 17일 제3차 본회의에서 최종 심의될 예정이다. 

이번 예산안 심사는 아산시의 미래 발전과 시민의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 중요한 과정으로 평가된다.

Asan City Council Begins Review of 2025 Budget Plan

As the 253rd 2nd regular session of the Asan City Council in South Chungcheong Province is in progress, each standing committee began reviewing the 2025 budget plan from December 6 to 13.

The total budget plan for 2025 is KRW 1.6264 trillion in the general account and KRW 175.2 billion in the special account, totaling KRW 1.8016 trillion, which is an increase of KRW 190.1 billion (11.8%) from the previous year.

The Planning, Administration, and Agriculture Committee (Chairman Jeon Nam-soo), the Culture, Welfare, and Environment Committee (Chairman Lee Chun-ho), and the Construction and Urban Affairs Committee (Chairman Kim Eun-bok) announced that they would closely review whether the expenditure budget was organized in line with the purpose and was effectively organized.

They emphasized that they would devote their utmost effort to the review so that projects essential to the promotion of citizens’ welfare and the development of the city administration could be well reflected in the budget.

The budget plan reviewed by each standing committee will be adjusted by the Budget and Settlement Special Committee on the 16th, and will be finally reviewed at the 3rd plenary session on the 17th.
