충남 계룡시(시장 이응우)가 대설과 한파 등 겨울철 자연재해로 인한 시민 불편 최소화 및 인명피해 예방을 위한 대응책 마련으로 분주하다.

시는 대설과 한파에 대한 보다 체계적이고 구체적인 대책을 수립하기 위해 상시대비단계, 비상1단계부터 3단계까지 등으로 단계를 구분해 수준별 대응에 나서기로 했다고 6일 밝혔다.

특히, 관내 한파 취약계층으로 분류된 417명에 대해서는 관리 사각지대가 발생하지 않도록 ▲일일 안부확인 ▲노인 맞춤 돌봄서비스 인력 및 가족, 이웃 등과의 비상연락망 구축 등을 통해 정보 공유 체계를 유지할 계획이다.

또한, 상황관리 체계를 관련 부서별로 수립하고 빈틈없는 상황 점검 및 협조체계가 구축될 수 있도록 할 예정이다.
