충남 예산군이 12월 3일부터 18일까지 16일간 '2025 농림어업총조사 시범 예행 조사'를 진행한다고 밝혔다. 

이번 조사는 내년도 농림어업총조사를 위한 사전 점검으로, 정확한 통계 생산을 목표로 하고 있다.

이번 시범 예행 조사는 충남 예산군과 당진시에서만 실시되는 특별한 조사로, 예산군은 이를 통해 조사 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 사전에 파악하고, 내년도 본 조사에 필요한 개선 사항을 반영할 계획이다.

농림어업총조사는 5년마다 실시되는 국가지정통계조사로, 모든 농가, 임가, 어가의 총수와 개별 특성을 파악하여 농림어업 정책 수립 및 농산어촌 지역 개발 계획에 활용된다. 

이번 조사에서는 약 1만3000여 가구가 대상이며, 조사원들이 각 가구를 직접 방문하여 면접 형식으로 진행된다. 

예산군은 조사원 170여 명을 대상으로 11월 25일부터 29일까지 이틀에 걸쳐 집합 교육을 실시하여, 조사원들이 정확하고 효율적으로 조사를 수행할 수 있도록 준비를 마쳤다. 

이번 시범 예행 조사는 예산군의 농림어업 통계의 신뢰성을 높이는 중요한 기회가 될 것으로 기대된다.

Chungnam Yesan County announced that it will conduct a '2025 Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Census Pilot Preliminary Survey' for 16 days from December 3 to 18.

This survey is a preliminary check for next year's Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Census, and aims to produce accurate statistics.

This pilot preliminary survey is a special survey conducted only in Yesan County and Dangjin City, Chungnam, and Yesan County plans to identify problems that may arise during the survey process in advance and reflect necessary improvements in next year's main survey.

The Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Census is a nationally designated statistical survey conducted every five years, and is used to establish agriculture, forestry and fisheries policies and develop agricultural, forestry and fisheries villages by identifying the total number and individual characteristics of all farming households, forestry households, and fishing households.

This survey targets approximately 13,000 households, and the surveyors will visit each household in person and conduct interviews.

Yesan County conducted group training for 170 investigators over two days from November 25 to 29, and has completed preparations to enable the investigators to conduct the survey accurately and efficiently.

This pilot survey is expected to be an important opportunity to increase the reliability of Yesan County’s agricultural, forestry, and fisheries statistics.
