충남 부여군(군수 박정현)은 11월 11일부터 22일까지 장애인복지법상 등록된 18세 이상 미취업 장애인을 대상으로 '2025년 장애인 일자리 채용'을 진행한다고 8일 밝혔다. 

군은 고용 취약성을 가진 장애인 당사자의 사회참여 촉진, 직업 경험 제공과 소득보장 등을 위해 장애인 일자리 지원사업을 시행하고 있다.

2025년 장애인 일자리 지원사업은 전년 대비 3명 확대한 118명으로 운영할 예정으로 ▲일반형일자리(전일제) 35명 ▲일반형일자리(시간제) 12명 ▲복지형일자리(참여형) 55명 ▲특화형일자리(요양보호사 보조) 16명 등 4개 분야로 구분해 추진한다.

월 급여는 ▲일반형일자리 전일제의 경우 210만 원 ▲시간제 105만 원 ▲복지형일자리 56만 원 ▲특화형일자리는 131만 원이다.

일자리 지원은 주소지 읍면 행정복지센터를 방문하여 신청하면 되며, 소득수준, 장애 정도, 참여경력 등 선발기준 및 면접을 통해 참여자를 선발할 계획이다. 

부여군 관계자는 “장애인의 생계 수단이자 사회와 연결해 주는 끈인 일자리 제공을 통해 무엇보다 장애인도 스스로 해낼 수 있다는 자신감을 심어주고 싶다”라며 “다양한 분야에서 이들이 활약할 수 있는 일자리를 발굴·채용할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 전했다.
