대전시 농업기술센터가 11월 1일 성심당과 ‘대전 밀밭 경관조성 및 지역농업의 6차 산업화(식품․관광․문화)를 위한 업무협약'을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 밀밭의 농촌 경관과 생산된 농산물을 바탕으로 농업과 식품․관광․문화가 융복합하여 지역농업의 경쟁력을 높이는 기반을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다.
이날 협약에 따라 양 기관은 국산 밀 우수 종자보급 및 생육관리 현장 기술지원 ,국산 밀 생산단지 조성 ,대전 빵 브랜드 개발 상품화 ,밀 교육 및 컨설팅 지원 ,대전 밀밭축제 기획 ,소비 확대 ,밀 산업 육성 ,대전 관광 활성화 등을 협력하게 된다.
아울러, 성심당 빵을 구매하러 온 외지 방문객을 대상으로 밀밭 체험 프로그램 등을 연계하여 체류형 관광 활성화도 도모한다는 계획이다.
