대전동문초등학교 탁구부가 지난 10월 25일부터 28일까지 경북 문경에서 개최된 제2회 유승민 전 IOC위원배 U12 전국 챔피언 탁구대회 남자 초등부 단체전에서 우승하여 올해 열린 전국 규모 탁구대회 초등부 단체전 5관왕을 달성했다고 밝혔다.

상무체육관에서 열린 이번 대회에서 대전동문초등학교는 단체전 우승에 이어 개인 단식에서는 6학년 이승훈 학생이 우승, 이주찬 학생 준우승, 5학년 반시우 학생이 3위를 차지했고 4학년 주어진 학생이 우승, 이승윤 학생 3위, 2학년부 주도하 학생이 1~2학년부 3위에 오르는 등 출전한 모든 종목에서 최상위 성적을 거두었다.

Daejeon Dongmun Elementary School Table Tennis Club announced that it won the 2nd Yoo Seung-min Former IOC Member Cup U12 National Champion Table Tennis Tournament held in Mungyeong, Gyeongbuk from October 25 to 28, and achieved 5 national table tennis tournament elementary school team events.

In this tournament held at Sangmu Gymnasium, Daejeon Dongmun Elementary School achieved the highest score in all events it participated in, including winning the team event, 6th grade student Lee Seung-hoon won the individual singles, 6th grade student Lee Ju-chan came in 2nd, and 5th grade student Ban Si-woo came in 3rd. 4th grade student Ju-yeon won the team event, 3rd grade student Lee Seung-yoon came in 3rd, and 2nd grade student Joo Do-ha came in 3rd in the 1st and 2nd grade divisions.
