충남 논산시가 위생적인 유통질서 확립을 위해 축산물 취급업소의 불법 행위에 대해 집중 단속에 나선다고 8일 밝혔다.

이번 단속은 충청남도 및 시 특사경 합동단속반을 편성하여 11월 8일까지 5주간 실시할 예정이며, 단속 대상은 학교 급식 납품업체를 포함한 식육포장처리업, 식육판매업, 식육즉석판매가공업 등이다.

이번 단속에서 논산시는 소비기한 경과 제품 재포장하여 소비기한 위·변조 판매 여부 ,포장육 재분할 포장 시 소비기한 변경 여부 ,자가품질검사 미실시 및 닭, 오리 미포장 행위 여부 ,원산지 및 표시기준 허위·미표시 등 부적정 기재 여부 등이며, 한우유전자검사와 DNA동일성검사도 병행할 예정이라고 밝혔다.
