대전시의회가 2024년도 행정사무감사를 앞두고 내실있는 감사를 실시하기 위해 오는 10월 31일까지 다양한 시민 제보를 받는다. 

2024년 행정사무감사는 제282회 제2차 정례회 기간 중 11월 6일부터 19일까지 10일간 실시할 계획이다. 

제보 대상은 시정과 교육행정 전반에 관한 사항으로 위법·부당한 행정행위 ,예산낭비 사례 ,시책개선 및 건의 ,시민안전 저해사항 ,기타 시민불편 사항 등이다. 

단, 개인의 사생활을 침해하거나 인신공격 또는 허위·비방의 우려가 있는사항, 재판 또는 수사 중인 사건, 익명으로 제보하는 사항이나 그밖에 행정사무감사를 통해 처리하기에 부적절한 사항 등은 제보 대상에서 제외된다.

조원휘 의장은 “시민의 소중한 의견이 행정사무감사에 반영될 수 있도록 면밀히 검토할 것”이며 “문제점 파악에 따른 개선방안을 시와 교육청에 요구하여 시민의 대의기관으로서의 역할에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Daejeon City Council Waits for Citizen Reports for Administrative Audit...

Daejeon City Council is accepting various citizen reports until October 31 to conduct a substantive audit ahead of the 2024 administrative audit.

The 2024 administrative audit is scheduled to be conducted for 10 days from November 6 to 19 during the 282nd regular session.

The reporting targets are matters related to the overall city administration and education administration, such as illegal and unfair administrative actions, cases of budget waste, policy improvement and suggestions, matters hindering citizen safety, and other inconveniences to citizens.

However, matters that infringe on an individual's privacy, raise concerns about personal attacks or false or defamatory statements, cases under trial or investigation, matters reported anonymously, or other matters that are inappropriate for handling through administrative audits are excluded from the reporting targets.

Chairman Cho Won-hui said, “We will closely review the opinions of citizens so that they can be reflected in the administrative audit,” and “We will do our best to fulfill our role as a representative body of citizens by requesting improvement measures from the city and the Board of Education based on the identified problems.”
