국방대학교가 8일, 서울 한화빌딩에서 한화에어로스페이스와 국방방위산업 및 국방우주·항공 분야의 발전 및 글로벌 네트워킹 증진 등 양 기관의 상호발전 및 지속적인 교류 확대를 위한 업무협약식을 가졌다고 밝혔다.

양 기관은 이날 협약을 통해 국방대학교 교육 및 연구 지원을 위한 발전기금 출연 ,국방대학교 외국군 수탁장교와 가족을 위한 사회공헌활동 지원 ,국방방위산업, 우주, 항공 등 공동의 관심 분야 발전 ,국방연구 인력 교류 및 육성 ,미래전 관련 세미나/포럼 운영 및 교수진과 지속적인 네트워킹 활성화 등 다양한 분야에서 상호 협력하기로 했다.

임기훈 국방대학교 총장은 “대한민국을 대표하는 글로벌 방산 기업인 한화에어로스페이스와 협력체계를 구축함으로써 미래 국방 분야를 선도하는 역할을 수행하기 위해 양 기관이 함께 노력해 나가겠다.”고 밝혔다.

National Defense University-Hanwha Aerospace, Global Network Collaboration in the Defense Sector
