대전시, 3급 4명·4급 14명·5급 11명·6급 이하 156명 승진 인사 단행

대전시가 7월 1일 자 승진 및 국ㆍ과장급 전보인사를 21일 사전예고 했다.

 

이번 승진 대상은 총 185명으로 3급 4명 ,4급 14명 ,5급 11명,6급 49명 ,7급 107명이다.

 

3급 승진은 총 4명으로 행정직 2명, 기술직 2명을 선발하여 균형 인사를 실시했다.

 

행정직은 시정성과 체감도 강화를 위해 주요 시정에 대한 언론브리핑을 적극 실시하고, 언론협력과 온‧오프라인 연계한 정책보도로 시정 종합홍보 구현에 기여한 김종민 대변인과 일과 가정의 양립을 위해 복무 조례를 개정하는 등 직원들 근무 환경 개선과 활기찬 직장 분위기 조성에 힘써 온 점을 높인 평가 받은 김낙철 운영지원과장이 각각 선발됐다.

 

기술직은 박종복 도시재생과장과 김종명 건설도로과장이 선발됐다.

 

4급 승진은 총 14명으로 행정직 6명, 기술직 8명으로, 행정직은 일과 성과 중심의 인사원칙 확립으로 민선 8기 현안사업 추진 동력 확보에 매진한 서소원 인사기획팀장, 임민태 기획팀장, 강태선 우주산업팀장, 박현재 체육진흥팀장, 문정순 스포츠마케팅팀장, 김연주 복지정책팀장이 선발됐다. 

 

기술직은 배중필 산림녹지정책팀장, 박종민 동물정책팀장, 김천영 감염병정책팀장, 이용주 시설조성팀장, 한규영 계획조정팀장, 한근희 산업단지재생팀장, 주대식 건축팀장, 전윤식 주택팀장이 선발됐다.

 

5급 승진교육대상자는 총 6개 직렬 11명으로 지난 3월에 48명 선발에 이은 후속 선발로 조직개편과 휴직 등 추가 수요 발생에 따른 것이다.

 

행정 5명, 기계 1명, 녹지 1명, 보건 1명, 건축 2명, 보건연구직 1명이 선발됐다.

 

아울러 6급 승진자는 총 15개 직렬 49명, 7급 승진자는 총 18개 직렬 107명으로, 승진후보자 명부를 중시하되, 경력과 업무추진 성과 및 실적 등을 종합 고려하여 선발하였으며, 특히 격무·기피부서 장기근무자와 다자녀 양육 공무원을 승진자 선발 시 우대했다.

 

7월 1일 자 과장급 이상 전보인사 규모는 45명으로,  실·국장급 6명과 과장급 39명이다.

 

기업자금과 실증, 창업과 기업성장 지원, 기업 투자유치까지 기업 전 주기에 대한 정책과 지원을 총괄할 기업지원국장에는 승진대상자인 김종민 대변인을 전략 배치하였고, RISE 전면 도입, 글로컬30대학 육성 등 지역과 상생발전을 위한 대학 혁신을 주도하고, 대전형 생애주기 교육정책 수립을 전담할 교육정책전략국장에는 승진대상자인 김낙철 운영지원과장을 전진 배치했다.

 

탄소중립 등 기후변화 대응 기반을 마련하고 사람과 자연이 어우러지는 지속 발전할 수 있는 친환경 녹색도시 조성을 전담할 환경국장에는 승진대상자인 박종복 도시재생과장을 전략 배치하였으며, 민선 8기 핵심 사업인 제2수목원 조성, 보문산권역 산림복지·휴양단지 조성 등 푸른도시 녹색자원 정책을 총괄할 녹지농생명국장에는 업무의 연속성을 위해 박도현 환경녹지국장을 배치했다.

 

또한, 철도건설국장에는 승진대상자인 김종명 건설도로과장을 전진 배치하였고, 도시철도건설국장에는 업무의 연속성을 위해 조철휘 철도광역교통본부장을 배치했으며, 정책기획관에는 김경일 과학협력과장을 전략 배치했다.
