대전테크노파크가 신규사업 발굴을 통한 일류경제도시 대전의 미래 먹거리 준비에 나섰다.

이를 위해 대전테크노파크(이하 대전TP)는 21일 오후 미래 수요에 대한 선제적 대응과 신산업 육성 기반을 마련하고자 미래 먹거리를 발굴하는‘2024년 혁신인의 날’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

지난해 처음으로 개최된 ‘혁신인의 날’은 미래 먹거리 발굴 체계를 강화하기 위해 직원들의 자발적 참여로 신규사업을 제안하는 전 임직원 소통의 장이다.

올해는 4대 핵심 전략산업 등 전체 산업 분야에 대한 25건의 신규사업 제안이 접수됐다.

대전TP는 신규사업 제안에 대해 적정성, 경제성, 창의성, 실현가능성 등을 평가해 조직의 미래 먹거리 발굴에 기여한 직원을 ‘혁신인’으로 선정하고 포상할 계획이다.

현재 대전TP는 우주․ICT산업, 로봇․방위산업, 바이오산업, 반도체․에너지산업 등 대전시 4대 전략산업 외에도 지역혁신중심 대학지원체계(RISE) 사업과 양자산업, 이차전지산업, 원자력산업 등 산업별 사업을 수행하며 대전의 미래 유망산업을 기획․발굴하는데 역량을 집중하고 있다.

앞서 대전TP는 신규사업 발굴을 통해 국비 150억원 규모의 국방․우주 소부장 3D프린팅 공동제조센터 구축사업 주관기관, 개방형 양자공정 인프라 구축 사업의 위탁기관으로 선정되는 등 성과를 내고 있다. 

김우연 대전TP 원장은 “지역 주도의 혁신역량을 결집할 수 있는 신규사업 기획과 대규모 국비 사업 유치를 위해 지난해에 이어 올해도 혁신인의 날을 개최한다”며 “일류경제도시 대전의 새로운 미래를 만들 혁신적 아이디어들을 전직원과 함께 논의하며 미래 먹거리 체계를 강화해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
