지난 11일 충남 서산시에 특정 건설업체 특혜의혹 제보 관련 취재를 위해 정보공개 청구를 한 사실이 있다.

서산시와 특정 건설업체가 서로 돕고 돕는 사이라  서산시 사업 중 큰 사업만 받아 간다는 제보에 의해 특정인 특혜 의혹이 불거지면서 정보공개를 청구하게 된 것이다.

20일 서산시의 정보공개 답변은 (부존재)로 처리되었다.

서산시 회계과에 전화를 걸어 취재 기자임을 밝히고, 정말 서산시와 계약한 내용이 단 한건도 없냐는 기자의 질문에 서산시 회계과는 두건이 있다고 답변했다.

그럼 왜 정보공개 결정문에 그 내용이 없냐는 질문에 정보공개 내용이 좀 맞지 않아서 그렇게 공개 했다고 답변했다.

서산시 회계과가 정보 (부존재) 결정을 한 공개 내용은 “충남 서산시 도시 개발 사업 공개 입찰 및 수의 계약” 내용 중 “도시개발사업” 이 문구로 계약 한 사실이 없다고 답변 한 것이라고 말했다.

전형적인 회피성 말장난으로 보여진다.

두 번째 정보공개 청구 내용은 “서산시 소재 00건설이 계약한 공사 내역 일체” 이 내용으로 모든 공사 내역을 공개 해야 되는 것을 내용에 문제가 있다고 꼬투리를 잡고 있다. 

서산시 회계과에서 답변한 대로 두건에 대해 근무 중 생산 보관비치하고, 있는 모든 자료에 대해 재차 정보공개를 청구 했다.
