충남 예산군이 적극행정 우수공무원 3명을 선정해 5일 발표했다.

예산군은 ‘2024년 제1회 적극행정위원회’를 개최하고 안상현·장석훈 주무관을 최우수 직원으로 선정하고, 김은지 주무관을 우수 직원으로 선정했다.

적극행정 우수공무원은 현장 중심의 적극행정을 추진해 군민이 체감하는 성과를 창출한 공무원 중 군민체감도 ,중요도·난이도 ,적극성 ,창의·전문성 ,확산 가능성 등을 평가기준으로 1차 실무심사 및 군민투표, 2차 적극행정위원회 심의를 거쳐 반기마다 선발하고 있다.

최우수 공무원에 선정된 건설교통과 안상현 주무관은 전국 최초로 이륜차 사고 자동신고 시스템 시범사업을 실시해 안전한 이륜차 교통 환경 조성에 이바지한 공로를 인정 받았고, 정석훈 주무관은 관광지 주차문제 해결을 위한 스마트빌리지 구축 및 보급 사업으로 과학기술정보통신부 소관 공모사업에 선정되도록 했다.

또한 우수 공무원에 선정된 김은지 주무관은 ‘예산 1100년 기념관’ 개관 일정이 연기돼 시설물 이용을 기다리는 군민의 수요충족을 위하여 수영장을 시범운영하고 기념관 시설개방을 위해 노력한 공로를 인정받아 선정됐다.

예산군은 선발된 공무원에게 등급에 따라 성과상여금 최고등급, 평정 시 가점, 포상 휴가 등 인센티브를 부여해 공직사회에 적극행정 문화를 확산시켜 나갈 계획이다.
