대전시교육청이 단위학교 조직문화 개선을 위한 워크숍을 개최한다.

이를 위해 대전시교육청은 22일부터 7월 3일까지 초등학교 5교, 중·고등학교 5교의 교직원을 대상으로 ‘단위학교 조직 문화 개선 워크숍’을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

희망학교를 중심으로 진행되는 단위학교 조직문화 개선 워크숍은 미국의 심리학자 버크만 박사가 개발한 개인 특성 진단 검사를 활용하여 개별 성향에 따른 업무 처리 방식 및 문제 해결 접근법의 차이에 대해 탐색하는 기회를 제공하게 된다.

2023년도 하반기부터 본격적으로 시작된 본 워크숍은 전년도에도 10개교 234명의 교직원들이 참가했고, 해당 사업은 소통과 공감의 팀빌딩 프로그램으로써 상당히 높은 만족도를 보이고 있으며, 학교 현장의 지속적인 개최 요구가 많아 올해는 상반기로 앞당겨 시행하게 됐다는게 교육청의 설명이다.
