안경자 대전시의원(복지환경위원회, 국민의힘, 비례)이 '영유아 인권, 모두가 지켜야 할 소중한 미래의 가치'라는 주제로 22일 오후 2시 시의회에서 ‘위기임산부·위기영아 보호 정책 강화 방안 마련 정책토론회’를 진행했다.

이번 정책토론회는 대전시의회가 주최하고 복지환경위원회와 초록우산 대전지역본부에서 공동주관 하는 것으로 ‘아기 울음소리도 지켜져야 할 권리입니다’라는 슬로건 아래 대전지역의 임신과 출산, 양육의 어려움을 겪는 부모가 영아에게 안전하고 따뜻한 보살핌을 제공할 수 있도록 공적 지원을 강화하고 보호 체계를 마련하고자 전문가와 시민의 의견을 수렴하는 시간으로 이뤄졌다.

김자연 육아정책연구소 부연구위원이 주제발표를 맡았고, 김송희 대전자모원 원장, 류진석 충남대학교 사회복지학과 교수, 윤해열 대전광역시 여성가족청소년과장, 오병준 아동보육과장, 이명신 초록우산 복지사업본부 팀장, 정영선 홀트아동복지회 아침뜰 원장이 토론자로 참석하여 열띤 토론의 장이 펼쳐졌다.
