대전시의회 산업건설위원회 송인석 의원(국민의힘, 동구1)이 전세사기피해자 지원 및 임차인 보호를 위한 대책 수립과 피해 예방을 위한 교육 등의 내용을 담고 있는‘대전광역시 전세사기피해자 지원 및 임차인 보호에 관한 조례안’을 발의했다.

관련 조례안에는 전세사기 피해 발생 시 부동산·법률·금융 관련 전문가 상담, 긴급지원주택 제공, 주거안정 지원금 등을 지원하도록 했으며, 생계유지가 곤란한 위기 상황에도 대처할 수 있도록 명시했다.

송인석 의원은 이번 조례안 발의를 통해 전국에서 두 번째로 피해 규모가 큰 대전시에 더 이상 전세사기 피해가 확산되지 않도록 체계적이고 효과적인 대응 체계를 구축하겠다는 의지를 밝혔으며, 이번 조례안은 전세사기피해자대책위와 간담회 등을 통해 현장의 목소리를 반영한 실질적이고 구체적인 대책 마련이라는 점에서 의미가 있다고 강조했다.

마지막으로 송 의원은 이번 조례안 발의는 전세사기 피해자 보호를 위한 첫걸음이며, 앞으로도 시민의 안전과 재산 보호를 위한 다양한 정책개발 및 지원에 적극 나설 것임을 밝혔다.

조례안은 12일, 산업건설위원회 심사 통과 후 본 회의를 거쳐 시행될 예정이다.
