더불어민주당 17호 영입인사 김제선 전 대전참여연대 사무처장이 27일 오는 4월 10일 총선과 함께 실시하는 대전 중구청장 재선거 예비후보에 등록하고 본격적인 선거 행보에 나섰다.

김 예비후보는 “새로운 변화를 갈망하는 중구 주민과 대전 시민의 바램, 기대에 감사드린다”면서 “정치꾼이 아닌 민생을 챙기는, 말이 아닌 생활의 혁신을 이루는 일하는 사람의 자세로 시민과 함께 기분좋은 변화를 시작하겠다”고 포부를 밝혔다.  

예비후보 등록을 마친 김 전 처장은 이날 대흥동에 선거사무소를 설치한 후, 원도심 활성화를 위해 은행동 시장상인간담회에 참석한다. 

오는 29일 김 예비후보는 더불어민주당 대전시당에서 정식으로 출마선언 기자회견을 가질 예정이다.
