세종시교육청이 학교폭력 사안처리 전담 조사관 24명을 선발해 2024학년도 새 학기부터 학교폭력 사안 처리에 투입한다고 밝혔다.

이를 위해 학생화해중재원은 지난 1월 19일부터 1월 30일까지 학교폭력 전담 조사관 모집 공고를 진행했고, 서류 심사와 면접 심사를 거쳐 지원자 총 58명 중에 최종 24명을 선발했다.

최종 선발된 전담 조사관은 학교폭력 업무나 생활지도, 조사 경력이 있는 퇴직 교원 또는 퇴직 경찰, 상담 및 청소년 전문가 중에서 선발했다.

세종시교육청은 학교폭력 전담조사관의 역량 강화와 학교 현장 안착 지원을 위해 전담 조사관들이 학교 사안처리 과정에서 꼭 알아야 할 내용을 중심으로 오는 28일까지 집합과 실습의 2개 과정으로 연수를 운영한다.

집합 연수는 총 3일 15시간 과정으로 지난 14일과 16일에 진행되었으며, 28일에는 실습 연수가 집중적으로 진행될 예정이다.

 연수는 법령과 제도의 이해 ,아동학대 및 성폭력 예방교육 ,관련 학생 및 학부모 대상 사안조사 방법 등의 과정으로 운영되며, 보고서 작성 요령 ,사례 회의 및 심의위원회 보고 등의 실무 중심 실습도 이루어진다.

연수를 이수한 전담 조사관은 새 학기가 시작되는 오는 3월 4일부터 학교폭력 사안 조사 업무를 본격적으로 시작할 예정이다.

The Sejong City Office of Education announced that it will select 24 investigators dedicated to handling school violence issues and deploy them to handle school violence cases starting from the new semester of 2024.
