충청권 인터넷 언론 디트뉴스24 노동조합이 사측의 부당노동행위를 조사해 엄벌에 처해 달라는 근로감독 청원서를 14일 오전 대전지방고용노동청에 정식 접수했다고 밝혔다.

노조는 사실상 회사의 주인인 김정규 타이어뱅크 회장과 대표이사를 부당노동행위를 하고 있다면서 디트뉴스24에서 벌어진 부당노동행위에 대한 조사를 촉구하는 요청서를 접수했다. 

디트뉴스 공대위는 보도자료를 통해 “지난해부터 올해 초까지 김정규 타이어뱅크 회장과 사측이 언론 노동자를 대상으로 행한 부당노동 사례가가 도를 넘었다”며“고용노동부는 이들이 노동자에게 행한 갑질, 각종 부당노동행위를 철저히 조사해 엄벌해야 할 것”이라고 말했다.

이들은 기자회견문에서 “사내에서 벌어진 노동3권 침해 주요 사례로는 비판 기사를 썼다는 이유로 디트뉴스24 경영 권한이 없는 김정규 회장이 해당 기자를 해고하라는 지시를 내린 사실이 대표적”이라고 밝혔다.

공대위에 따르면, 디트뉴스 사측은 노조 설립 후 존재하지 않았던 충북본부를 만들어 노조 간부들을 전보조치했고, 노동위원회 합의 결과를 무시한 채 부당한 인사와 지시를 반복하며 당초 합의한 원직복귀, 인사 협의도 지키지 않고 있다. 노조 간부에 대한 표적 징계를 시도하다 자진 철회하는 행태도 보였다. 

특히 공대위는 지난 기자회견에서 김 회장이 전 직원이 참석한 회의에서 퇴사를 종용하는 발언, 겁박성 발언 사실을 폭로했다. 또 회사 자료 유출을 문제 삼으며 전 직원에게 양심에 반하는 문서에 서명하도록 강요한 사실도 공개한 바 있다.
