기경위는 이번 예산안 심사에서 투자통상정책관 소관 위탁 사업 관련 위탁동의 사전절차 위반 등을 지적하고 내년도 본예산안 심사를 했다.

이날 심사에서 기경위가 삭감한 내역을 보면 투자통상정책관 소관 공공기관 위탁사업의 경우 ‘충청남도 사무의 공공기관 위탁・대행에 관한 조례’에 따라 예산 편성 전 위탁 동의를 받아야 함에도, 이러한 사전절차를 미리 이행하지 않은 사유로 38억 5000만원을 감액하는 등 총 47억원을 감액했다.
