충남 아산시가 오는 21~22일 이틀간 국악과 가곡을 만날 수 있는 ‘2023년 현충사 달빛야행(이하 달빛야행)’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.

현충사 경내에서 열리는 ‘달빛야행’은 다채로운 문화예술 프로그램과 야간경관조형물 전시, 가족 단위 관람객을 위한 업사이클링(Upcycling·새활용) 체험행사 등이 펼쳐진다. 

특히, 이번 ‘달빛야행’은 국악과 가곡을 들을 수 있는 2가지 주제의 기획공연으로 구성해 깊어져 가는 가을밤을 더욱 특별하게 장식한다.

21일에는 한국음악 창작집단인 소리꾼 이봉근과 한산, 도시로 구성된 ‘아트밸리 아산 제1회 국악의 향연’이 열리며, 22일(일)에는 성악가들이 참여하는 ‘아트밸리 아산 제1회 가곡과 아리아의 밤’이 이어져 참여 시민들에게 문화 향유의 시간을 제공할 예정이다. 

또, 최근 국보로 지정된 ‘이순신 장검’을 포함해 물고기 떼와 바다거북이 등으로 구성된 ‘이순신의 바다’, 가족의 건강과 아들의 무사 안녕을 기원했던 이순신 장군의 어머니인 초계변씨를 상징하는 ‘기원의 나무’ 등 이순신 장군을 표현한 야간경관조형물도 전시한다.
