충남 서산시가 지난 5일 서산시민체육관에서‘2023년 해뜨는 서산 일자리 페스티벌’을 개최 했다고 밝혔다.

서산시와 충청남도 일자리경제진흥원이 공동 개최한 이번 행사에는 채용관, 홍보관, 체험관으로 나뉘어 총 50개의 부스가 운영됐다.

이번 행사에는 약 1천 500명의 구직자가 행사장을 찾아 취업 정보를 공유하며 성황을 이뤘다.

26개의 기업이 현장 면접을 진행한 채용관에는 약 250명의 구직자가 면접에 적극적으로 응하는모습을 보였고, 홍보관에서는 관내 유관 기관들의 계층별, 연령별 일자리 정책 소개가 이뤄졌으며, 체험관에서는 1:1 취업컨설팅, 면접 메이크업, 퍼스널컬러 상담 등 다양한 취업 지원 서비스를 통해 구직자들의 관심을 끌었다.

특히 SK온과 롯데케미칼, 현대오일뱅크, LG화학의 재직자가 참여한 구직자와의‘취업 멘토링 Contact-Concert’는 기업의 직무 지식, 유익한 취업 정보 등을 제공해 큰 호응을 얻었다.
