대전시가 19일 대전시청에서 도시계획, 도시재생, 도시개발, 주택정책 등 도시주택분야 업무추진과 관련하여 대전시와 자치구 간 협력관계 구축을 위해 지난 1월에 이어 두 번째로‘도시주택분야 제2회 시･구 정책 협의회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

회의에는 대전시 도시주택국장, 자치구 도시주택 분야 국･과장 등이 참석한 가운데 자치구 건의 안건 5건, 대전시 협조안건 6건의 등 총 11건의 안건을 협의했다.

대전시에서는 자치구에서 건의한 ‘도시관리계획 정비용역 추진시 구 위임사무 적극 반영’에 대해 대전시 경쟁력을 높이거나 공익성이 확보 될 경우에는 적극적으로 검토해 반영해 나가기로 했다.

또한, 국토교통부 도시재생사업 신규공모 사업 신청 ,정비사업 입안 시 지역업체 참여 확대를 위한 자치구 협조 사항 ,대전시 대표건축물 100선 선정을 위한 건축물 추천 요청 등 대전시 추진사업에 대해서도 5개 자치구에서 적극 협조해 나가기로 했다.

박필우 대전시 도시주택국장은 “오늘 합의된 안건은 신속하게 업무에 반영하고, 앞으로도 일류경제도시 대전을 위해 자치구와의 공생적 협력관계를 더욱 공고히 해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
