충남 계룡시가 지난 7일 ‘2023 재난대응안전한국훈련’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

왕대공단에 위치한 대전우편집중국에서 지진으로 인한 복합재난을 가정해 유관기관 간 협력체계를 구축하기 위해 실시한 이번 훈련은 계룡시 재난안전대책본부장인 이응우 시장을 비롯해 계룡소방서, 논산경찰서, 계룡대근무지원단, 육군 제3585부대 4대대, 한국전력공사, CNCITY에너지 등 유관기관과 지역주민 등 260여 명이 참여한 가운데 열렸다.

특히 이번 훈련은 재난대응 상황실과 현장의 실시간 통합연계에 중점을 두고 즉시적이고 실효성 있는 위기대응 능력을 점검·배양하는데 중점을 두고 진행됐다.

특히 재난안전통신망(PS-LTE)을 훈련 전 과정에 사용하고 드론을 활용해 재난현장 상황을 실시간으로 상황실에 전달하는 등 최대한 실제 재난현장과 유사한 상황을 연출해 훈련을 진행했다.

이응우 시장은 “재난안전 상황 발생 시 신속정확한 대처의 중요성은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다”며 “시민의 생명 및 재산과 직결되는 재난상황 발생 시 대처능력 향상에 행정력을 집중하겠다”고 말했다.
