충남 논산시의 지난 2022년 살림 규모가 전년도 대비 2274억 원이 증가한 1조 6099억 원으로 나타났다.

논산시는 재정적 책임성과 투명성을 높이고, 시민이 재정운용 현황과 시의 살림규모를 이해할 수 있도록 뒷받침하고자 ‘2022년 회계연도 결산기준 재정공시 내역’을 지난 8월 31일 시 홈페이지에 공시했다.

논산시가 지방재정계획 및 재정공시 심의위원회의 심의 절차를 거쳐 공시한 내역은 9개의 일반분류ㆍ59개 세부항목이 망라된 ‘공통공시’와 주민의 수혜도 및 관심도가 높은 9개 사업이 포함된 ‘특수공시’로 구분되어 있다.

공시 내역을 살펴보면 2022년도 논산시의 총 살림규모는 2021년 대비 2,274억 원이 증가한 1조 6,099억 원으로, 지방세 및 세외수입 등 자체수입은 1569억 원 ,지방교부세ㆍ조정교부금ㆍ보조금 등의 이전재원은 9628억 원 ,보전수입 등 내부거래는 4902억 원으로 나타났다.

한편, 2022년 논산시의 일반회계 세입 재원 중 지방교부세와 보조금 등의 이전재원이 9406억 원으로 공개됐다. 

이는 전년 대비 1489억 원 증가한 것으로 일반회계 세입 재원 중 72.4%의 비중을 차지하는 수치다. 자체수입의 경우 1210억 원으로 전년에 비해 182억 원이 증가했으나 전체 안에서의 비중 상승 폭은 그리 크지 않았다고 논산시가 설명했다.
