김인식 대전시사회서비스원장이 정용래 유성구청장을 만나 자치구와의 업무 협력과 지역 내 사회서비스 활성화를 위한 간담회를 가졌다. 

대전시사회서비스원은 5개 자치구와의 소통과 협력을 위해 6월부터 중구청, 동구청, 대덕구청, 서구청과의 간담회를 진행했다. 

30일 간담회에는 김인식 대전시사회서비스원 원장, 정용래 대전 유성구청 청장을 중심으로 사회서비스 관련 주요 담당자 15명이 참석했다. 

유성구의 민선 8기 사회서비스 정책을 중심으로 △대전시사회스원의 주요 사업 안내 △유성구 내 사회서비스원 추진 사업 공유 △유성구와의 사업 연계 방안에 대해 활발한 논의가 이뤄졌다.

김인식 원장은 “전국 최초로 스마트 경로당 설치, 대전 최초로 학교돌봄터 설치 등 유성구는 돌봄 분야에서도 돋보이는 성과를 낸 곳”이라고 강조하며 “이번 간담회를 통해 현재 협력하고 있는 사업은 더욱 단단하게 만들고 향후 진행되는 다양한 분야에서도 활발한 협력을 기대한다”고 말했다.  

정용래 청장은 “유성구는 급속한 디지털 사회변화와 저출생 고령화 문제를 해결하기 위해 ‘디지털 역량 강화’와 ‘돌봄’을 중심으로 스마트경로당과 돌봄센터 그리고 돌봄교실 등을 설치 및 확대하고 있다”며 “복지 사각지대 예방을 비롯해 앞으로 추진할 사업들을 대전시사회서비스원과 연계해 협력하길 희망한다”고 전했다.
