대전신세계갤러리가 오는 25일부터 오는 10월 9일까지 미술 작품을 통해 아름다운 별천지, 이상향을 상상하고 사유할 수 있는 전시 '아트도원'을 개최한다. 

현실 너머의 도원경이 담긴 다채로운 작품 세계가 펼쳐지는 '아트도원' 은 사유와 사색이 있는 특별한 무릉도원으로 관람객들을 초대한다. 

이번 전시에서 관람객들은 구본석, 김신혜 작가가 실재와 허상의 경계에서 만들어낸 새로운 도시와 산수풍경을 바라보며 사색의 시간을 가져보기도 하고, 각각의 이야기가 담긴 남경민 작가의 작품 속 방들에서 상상과 환영의 세계를 경험해 볼 수도 있다. 

박상화 작가의 신비로움으로 가득한 가상의 자연 속을 거닐며 경이로운 자연과 하나가 되어보고, 솜으로 구현한 노동식 작가의 환상 속 산수 유람과 무의식 너머 기억의 파편들을 비추어보는 이용제 작가의 비눗방울로 우리는 동심 속 향수에 한껏 취해보기도 한다.

또, 대전신세계갤러리는 2주년을 맞아 다양한 고객 참여 프로그램과 전시장 문턱을 낮출 수 있는 여러 가지 서비스도 도입하고 있다.  

먼저, 이번 전시에서는 전시를 감상하고 감상평을 남길 수 있는 참여 프로그램 ‘50자평’ 나도 평론가! 코너를 마련했다. 

전시를 관람하고 비치된 용지에 감상평을 작성해 제출하면 소정의 기념품도 증정한다. 매일 우수 감상평을 선정하여 전시장에 게시하여 관람객들의 생각을 공유할 예정이다. 

더불어 전시를 좀더 쉽고 재미있게 즐길 수 있도록 매주 토요일 오후 2시에는 도슨트 서비스가 진행된다. 또, 전시장 입구 아트샵에서는 천경자 작가의 대표작 판화 시리즈를 감상하고 구입할 수도 있다.
