충남 당진시가 최신 인공지능 기술 동향 파악으로 행정업무 효율성 제고를 위해 2일 시청 대강당에서 전 직원을 대상으로 대화형 인공지능 서비스인‘챗GPT 업무 활용 교육’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

당진시는 이번 교육을 인공지능이 발달하고 있는 현대사회에서 공직사회의 적응을 돕고 더 나아가 행정업무의 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 방안을 고민하기 위해 준비했다고 밝혔다.

이날 교육은 이승민 강사를 초청해 ‘AI 대화의 세계로’라는 주제로 인공지능의 등장과 현황 ,최근 유행하는 인공지능 소개 ,챗 GPT 주의사항 안내 ,챗 GPT 활용 방법 등 다양한 내용을 경청했다. 

이승민 강사는 특히 행정업무 특성상 다루게 되는 개인정보 등 민감 정보를 챗 GPT를 활용해 다루게 될 때 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 강조하며 인공지능을 비판적으로 사용해야 함을 당부했다.
