충남 계룡시가 6월 첫날인 1일 시청에서 ‘2023년도 상반기 주요업무 추진상황 보고회’를 열었다고 밝혔다.

이응우 시장을 비롯해 관계 공무원 40여명이 참석한 가운데 열린 이날 보고회는 금년도 상반기 부서별 주요업무 추진성과와 제한사항 및 극복방안 등에 대해 논의하고, 하반기 정책방향과 부서별 업무계획 등이 보고됐다.

보고회에서 상반기 주요성과로 평생학습 도시 지정 ,면‧동 평생학습센터 구축사업 선정 ,2023년 디지털배움터 선정 ,장애인형 국민체육센터 건립사업 선정 ,민선8기 전국기초단체 공약실천계획 평가 최우수(SA) 등급 달성 ,사회안전지수 살기좋은 지역선정 충청권 1위 ,자연재해 안전도 평가 A등급 ,에너지 효율 대상 충남도 최우수기관 ,식중독 예방관리 우수기관 선정 등이 제시됐다.

계룡시는 상반기 주요성과에 이어 하반기에는 육·해·공3軍 본부가 위치한 명실상부 국방수도 완성을 위해 국방 관련 공공기관 유치와 밀리터리 파크 등 軍문화랜드마크 조성 및 역사·문화·관광 진흥 등 다양한 정책사업을 발굴·추진할 예정이라고 밝혔다.  

계룡시는 또 시 개청 20주년을 맞아 미래 100년 새로운 도약을 위한 중장기적 미래비전 창출은 물론 주민이 체감할 수 있는 행정혁신을 통해 행정서비스를 제고해 나간다는 방침이다.

보고회에 참석한 이응우 시장은 “올해 시 개청 20주년을 맞이하여 우리 시가 향후 100년 미래 발전을 향한 새로운 도약의 길로 나아갈 수 있도록 모두가 힘을 모아 줄 것”을 당부했다.
