대전일자리경제진흥원(백운교 원장, 이하 진흥원)이 사회적경제기업을 대상으로 역량 강화 교육에 나선다.

한국스토리텔링연구원 주관으로 실시하는 '2023 사회적경제기업 역량 강화 교육‘은 사회적 가치 실현에 관심 있는 사회적경제기업 종사자들과 일반 시민을 대상으로, 총 16시간에 걸친 퀄리티 높은 교육으로 진행된다.

오는 6월 1일, 8일, 15일, 21일 총 4회 실시하는 이번 교육은 대전 유성구 탑립동 소재 윕스퀘어 5층 정약용홀에서 오프라인으로 진행한다.

교육을 주관하는 한국스토리텔링연구원 이가희 박사는 “이번 교육에 참여하는 교육 대상자들은 교육을 통해 사회적 경제기업의 역할과 의의, 비즈니스 성공을 위한 지식재산, 인사노무관리, IAM플랫폼을 활용한 마케팅 전략, 인공지능 기술을 활용한 글쓰기와 이미지 생성, 그리고 사회적 경제기업의 회계와 세무, 사회적 경제 및 사회적 기업의 이해 등 다양한 분야의 지식을 습득할 수 기회를 얻게 될 것”이라고 말했다.

사회적기업의 역량 강화 필요성을 강조하고 있는 백운교 진흥원장은 “이번 교육을 통해 사회적경제기업이 지속 가능한 경영과 사회적 가치 창출을 위한 전략 수립을 위해 필요한 다양한 능력과 기술을 배울 수 있다”고 강조하고 “비즈니스 성공을 위한 지식 습득과 함께, 사회적 가치 창출과 지속 가능한 경영에 대한 이해도를 강화할 수 있는 교육으로 이번 교육이 사회적경제기업의 나아갈 길잡이가 되기를 바란다”고 말했다.

한편 각 분야별 전문가들의 강의와 함께, 현실적인 사례를 통해 이론과 실무를 함께 배울 수 있는 이번 교육 참가 대상은 20명으로 오는 25일까지 선착순 신청이 가능하다.
