세종시 내 각급 학교 학생자치활동 지원 예산이 초등학교는 300만원, 중‧고등학교는 400만원으로 확대된다.

 

학부모회 예산도 유치원 70만원, 그 밖의 학교급별로 170만원씩 확대 지원된다.

 

최교진 세종교육감은  31일  오전 교육청 브리핑룸에서  이 같은 내용을 담은  '2023 세종교육청 주요 업무계획'을 발표했다.

 

주요 업무 계획을 보면  ▲놀이‧배움 중심교육 확대, ▲진로‧진학교육 지원 강화, ▲세종미래학교 전환, ▲학급당 학생수 감축, ▲미래형학교 모델 구축,▲어린이집-유치원 연계 시범유치원 운영, ▲세종이음학교 개교,▲통학로 안전지킴이 확대, ▲초등돌봄 급간식 무상 지원,▲세종교육 대토론회 확대, ▲학생자치활동‧학부모회 예산 확대 등이다. 

 

유치원부터 초등, 중등 더 나아가 진로까지 세종 학생 생애주기 전반을 책임지고, 특수, 다문화, 느린 학습자, 학교 밖 청소년 등 다양한 학생까지 책임지는 교육정책을 펼치는 데 역량을 집중할 방침이다.

 

세종교육청은 또 다 같이 성장하는 맞춤형 교육 실현을 위해 유치원아이다움교육과정과 초등생각자람교육과정에서 지향하는 놀이와 학생중심 교육을 확대한다.

 

사계절 문화예술프로그램 등 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 학교마다 고유의 교육과정이 더욱 실천력을 가질 수 있도록 실천교사 지원단중심으로 학교·학년 교육과정을 강화한다.

 

특수학급 증설과  특수학교(급) 공간혁신 예산을 4억 8천만원으로 확대 지원해 특수학생들의 성장을 돕기로 했다.

 

미래를 여는 교육환경 조성을 위해 지난 8년간의 학교혁신 성과를 토대로 모든 학교를 대상으로 세종미래학교로의 전환이 추진된다.

 

학급당 학생(원아) 수를 감축해 학생 맞춤형 교육이 가능한 선진 교육환경 모델로 구축하고  초등 1학년 학급당 학생 수 20명 배치가 2학년까지 확대된다.

 

유치원 학급당 원아 수도 1‧2생활권과 읍면지역 만5세 21명, 3‧4생활권 만4세 19명, 만5세 22명으로 감축 배치된다.

 

디지털 전환교육을 위해 11개교인공지능교육 선도학교의 시범운영과 중 4개교미래형 정보교실도 구축해 미래교육을 선도해 나가기로 했다.

 

학습권을 보장하는 교육복지 실현을 위해 모든 학습자에 대한 촘촘한 교육기본권 보장과 교직원에 대한 안정적인 복지가 지원된다.

 

제2특수학교 세종이음학교를 15학급 규모로 차질 없이 개교하고, 대안교육 위탁기관 ‘늘벗학교’를 올해부터 본격적으로 운영된다.

 

보편적 교육복지 강화를 위해 기초생활수급자 가구당 학생 교육급여를 초등학생 41만 5천원, 중학생 58만 9천원, 고등학생 65만 4천원으로 확대되고 중‧고등학교 신입생과 1학년 전‧편입생에 대해 체육복비를 모바일 포인트로 지급된다.
