대전동구의회 사상 새해 예산안 부결이라는 초유의 사태를 야기한 동구의회 박영순 의장이 공식 사과했다.

지난 16일 대전동구의회는 집행부가 제출한 6천7백89억 원 규모의 새해 예산안 의결을 위해 표결에 부쳤지만 찬성과 반대측 의원들이 각각 5표로 나뉘면서 부결처리 됐다.
