대전서구의회의 최규 의원 징계 결정을 두고 나온 말이다.

대전 서구의회는 16일 열린 제273회 제2차 정례회 3차 본회의에서 최 의원 징계요구의 건을 상정하고 비공개 무기명 투표를 실시해 최 의원에 대한 징계를 확정했다.

앞서 서구의회 윤리심사자문위원회는 최규 의원에 대해 출석정지 20일의견을 윤리특위에 전달했고, 윤리특위는 자문위원회의 의견을 그대로 수용해 본회의에 회부했다.

무기명으로 진행된 이날 투표에서 서구의회는 당사자인 최 의원을 제외한 19명이 표결에 참석해 찬성 11표, 반대 1표, 기권 7표로 최 의원에 대한 징계를 확정했다.
