대전시가 대전지하철 주요 역사에 10대의 AI방역로봇이 투입돼 방역활동을 수행한다.
  
대전시는 25일 주민참여예산으로 추진되고 있는‘2022년 대전형 서비스로봇 융합모델 실증사업’의 현장 실증을 위해 AI방역로봇을 본격투입·운영한다고 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 시가 주관하고 대전테크노파크가 전담기관, 지역 로봇기업인 ㈜라스테크(대표 성낙윤)가 핵심기업으로 참여하며, 사업비는 4억 원이 투입된다.

현장 실증은 대전교통공사가 운영하는 1호선 5개 역사(대전역, 서대전네거리역, 시청역, 정부청사역, 유성온천역)에 8대, 시청(1층 로비)과 대전테크노파크(어울림플라자)에 각1대 등 총 10대의 AI방역로봇을 순차적으로 투입해 진행된다.

AI방역로봇은 ㈜KT의 AI방역로봇에 ㈜라스테크가 커스터마이징 설계 및 관제·모니터링 시스템 구축을 통하여 지하철 역사 환경에 맞춰 제작한 방역로봇이다.
