대전시, 민선 8기 첫 추경 7,005억 원 편성

대전시가 민선 8기 첫 추가경정예산으로 7,005억 원을 편성해 22일 시의회에 제출했다고 밝혔다. 

 

이번 제2회 추경예산은 일반회계 6,003억 원, 특별회계는 1,002억 원이 증액된 총 7조 1,711억 원 규모로 지난 1회 추경 대비 10.8% 증액되었다.

 

세입은 △지방세 573억 원 △지방교부세 2,518억 원 △국고보조금 1,839억 원 △세외수입 748억 원 등이 증액됐다. 

 

대전시는 이번 추경에서 고물가와 고금리 등으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 △자영업자․소상공인 △청년정책 △사회적약자 지원 △약속사업 이행 △코로나19 재확산 대비 △재정지출 구조조정을 통한 재정 건전성 확보 노력에 방점을 뒀다고 밝혔다.

 

소상공인과 자영업자 지원을 위해 △중소기업 경영안정자금 및 창업자금 이차 보전금 49억 원 △소상공인 경영개선자금 29억 원 △노란우산공제회 정액장려금 8억 원을 증액하는 한편 지역화폐인 온통대전 캐시백 지원예산 274억 원 등 총 10건 372억 원을 추가로 편성했다.
