대전시가 22일 코로나19로 인한 지역 소상공인의 경제적 피해 지원과 지역 경제 활성화를 위해 공유재산 임대료 경감 정책을 올 연말까지 연장한다고 밝혔다.

그동안 시는 코로나19 확산으로 사회경제적 손실을 입고 있는 소상공인을 위해 대전시 소유 공유재산에 대해 2020년 2월부터 올해 6월까지 5차례에 걸쳐 공유재산 임대료 경감 정책으로 총 1,879명에게 87억 원 상당의 임대료 지원 혜택을 제공하였다.

대전시의 6개월 연장 공유재산 임차 소상공인 임대료 경감 6차 조치로 공유재산 임대료율은 반값 수준으로 50% 인하되고, 임차장소를 사용하지 못한 경우는 임대 기간이 연장되거나 감면된다.
