민선 8기 아산시가 넷째 아이 출산장려금 1000만원을 지원하는 등 적극적인 저출산 대책에 나선다.

박경귀 아산시장 당선인은 24일 “출생아 가정의 경제적 부담을 덜어주고, 더욱 적극적인 출산 장려 정책을 시행하기 위해 출산장려금을 대폭 확대키로 한 ‘공약’을 내년부터 시행하겠다”고 밝혔다.

박 당선인이 밝힌 ‘출산장려금 대폭 상향’은 출생아에 따라 첫째 50만원, 둘째 100만원, 셋째 200만원, 넷째 1000만원을 지원하는 것으로, 기존 첫째 30만원, 둘째 50만원, 셋째 100만원, 넷째 200만원에 비해 대부분 2배 증가하고, 넷째의 경우 획기적으로 5배 증액한 것이 특징이다.
