이장우 국민의힘 대전광역시장 후보 대전미래캠프에 각계 중량급 인사가 속속 합류하면서 매머드급 ‘드림(Dream)팀’이 구성되고 있다.
 
최근 이창섭 전 국민체육진흥공단 이사장이 백춘희 전 대전시 정무부시장과 함께 공동총괄선대위원장을 맡은 데 이어, 황인무 전 국방부 차관이 상임고문으로 합류했으며, 송하영 전 한밭대 총장이 김태호 전 경남지사‧김신호 전 교육부 차관과 함께 공동후원회장 3각 체제를 완성했다.

이창섭 총괄선대위원장은 제11대 국민체육진흥공단 이사장을 역임했고, 2018 평창동계올림픽대회 조직위원을 역임한 국내 체육계 대표인사로 꼽힌다.

이어 황인무 상임고문은 대전고와 육군사관학교를 졸업했으며, 육군 32사단장‧교육사령관‧참모차장 등 요직을 거쳐 제41대 국방부 차관을 지냈다.
 
또 송하영 후원회장은 도시계획‧건축 분야 전문가로 제7대 한밭대 총장을 지내며 한밭대를 명실상부 지역의 핵심 국립대로 발전시켰다는 평가를 받고 있다.
