충남도가 지속되는 코로나19로 어려움을 겪고 있는 도민 지원과 지역경제 활성화를 골자로 한 3598억 원 규모의 제1회 추가경정예산안을 편성했다.

 

이번 추경 규모는 당초 9조 3843억 원에서 9조 7441억 원으로 3.83%(3598억 원) 늘어났으며, 일반회계와 기금이 각각 2746억 원, 856억 원 증액됐다.

 

편성안은 △소상공인 맞춤형 지원 및 지역경제 활성화 △방역‧의료‧안전강화 △복지 사각지대 취약계층 지원 △민선7기 공약 및 역점사업까지 포함해 계획을 세웠다.

 

지역경제 활성화 부문은 지역사랑상품권 발행 지원 485억 원(+288억 원), 소기업‧소상공인 방역물품비 지원 53억 원, 지역투자촉진 보조금 136억 원(+50억 원), 일반 지역산업 맞춤형 일자리 창출 지원 8억 원 등을 반영했다.

  

코로나19 방역‧의료‧안전 강화 지원 예산은 코로나19 생활 지원비 156억 원(+73억 원), 감염취약계층 및 중증장애인 자가진단키트 48억 원, 지역방역 일자리 지원 9억 원, 코로나19 예방접종 위탁 의료기관 시행비 지원 259억 원(+25억 원)등 이다.

 

복지 사각지대 취약계층 지원 예산으로는 청년월세 한시 43억 원, 청년 주택임차보증금 대출이자 지원 7억 원(+2억 원), 학교 밖 청소년 지원 확대 1억 7000만 원(+1억 원), 퇴소종결아동 자립정착금 지원 3억 4100만 원(+1억 4900만 원)등을 마련했다.

 

민선7기 안정적인 성과창출 분야 추경예산은 농어민 수당 확대 지원 584억 원(+56억 원), 참전명예수당 확대 45억 원(+13억 원), 도민 생활체육 걷쥬 활성화 20억 원(+14억 원), 충남여성가족플라자 건립 20억 원 등이다.

 

추경 예산안은 오는 29일 도의회에서 심의되며  의결과 동시에 예산을 집행할 수 있도록 행정력을 집중해 경제위기 극복에 속도를 낼 계획이다.
