대전시가 21일 브리핑을 통해 코로나 위기극복을 위한 대전형 소상공인 긴급 지원 특별대책을 발표하고, 3월부터 2,900억 원을 투입해 민생경제 회복에 나선다고 밝혔다.

현금 지원, 금융 지원, 소비 촉진 등 3개 분야로 마련된 이번 대책은 최근 확산되고 있는 오미크론 여파로 피해가 극심한 소상공인에 대한 긴급 지원과, 온통대전 확대를 통한 대대적인 소비촉진으로 침체된 민생경제에 불씨를 살리기 위한 특단의 조치로 시행한다. 

우선 거리두기 장기화로 누구보다도 힘든 상황을 버티고 있는 소상공인을 위해 시와 5개구가 협력하여 720억 원의 ‘위기극복 긴급 지원금’을 지급한다.

이번 지원금은 3월 15일부터 5월 13일까지 집합금지ㆍ영업제한 업종뿐만 아니라 매출이 감소한 모든 자영업ㆍ소상공인에게 지급하게 되며, 95,000여개 업체가 혜택을 받을 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

지난 12월 18일 이후 집합금지 조치를 받은 업체는 200만원, 영업(시간)제한 조치를 받은 업체는 100만원, 일반업종 중 매출이 감소한 업체에게는 50만원의 자금을 지급하고, 법인택시 및 전세버스 운수종사자에게도 50만원을 지원한다.

상반기 ‘온통대전 동행세일’ 기간중 100억 원을 투입하여 소비촉진을 위한 이벤트도 개최한다.
