국토교통부에서 결정·공시한 올해 1월 1일 기준 충남지역 표준지 공시지가가 전년 평균 상승률 7.25% 대비 0.93%p 상승한 평균 8.18% 상승했다고 6일 충남도가 밝혔다.
 
충남도는 상승요인으로 개발수요가 많은 천안시 서북구 10.46%(전년 9.33%), 아산시 10.14%(전년 8.91%), 공주시가 9.19%(전년 6.58%)의 변동률을 기록하며 평균 공시지가를 끌어 올린 것으로 분석했다.

이와 함께 전반적으로 그동안의 실거래 가격이 반영됐고, 시군별 도시개발사업과 원산-안면 해저터널 개통, 서부내륙고속도로 건설 기대감 등도 영향을 끼쳤다.

도내 표준지가가 제일 높은 토지는 지난해와 동일하게 천안시 동남구 신부동 454-5번지로 ㎡당 1190만 원이다.

가장 낮은 곳도 지난해와 동일한 청양군 정산면 천장리 산17번지로 ㎡당 425원이다.

전국 평균상승률은 10.17%이며, 최고 상승률 서울은 11.21%, 최저 상승률 인천은 7.44%이다.

충청권은 대전 9.28%, 세종 10.77%, 충북 8.19%, 인근 경기와 전북은 각각  9.86%, 7.99% 상승했다.
