대전시는 베이스볼 드림파크 조성사업 실시설계 적격자로 계룡건설산업(주) 컨소시엄이 선정됐다고 24일 밝혔다.

대전시는 지난해 8월 설계 ․ 시공 일괄 입찰공고를 실시했으며, 계룡건설산업(주) 컨소시엄과 ㈜태영건설 컨소시엄 2곳이 입찰자격사전심사를 통과하고 90일간의 기본설계를 진행했다.

이어 올해 1월 12일 실시한 양사의 기본설계(안)에 대한 일괄입찰 설계평가 점수(70%)와 조달청 가격 개찰점수(30%)를 종합한 결과, 계룡건설산업(주) 컨소시엄이 높은 평가를 받아 최종 실시설계적격자로 선정되었다.

계룡컨소시엄의 기본설계(안)은 연면적 51,398.98㎡, 지하2층 ․ 지상4층 규모로 관람석 20,007석(비고정석 포함 20,607석), 주차대수는 1,467대로 설계되어 있다.
