충남교육청이 2021년 2월 1일부터 2년 임기의 '충남교육감 공약이행평가단' 30명을 12월 7일부터 16일까지 공개 모집한다.
신청자격은 7일 기준 충남지역에 주민등록상 주소를 두고 있는 도민이면(교직원, 학부모 포함) 지원이 가능하며, 인구비율에 의한 시ㆍ군별 모집인원 기준에 따라 모집 후 초과 시에는 추첨을 통해 평가단을 구성할 계획이다.
선발된 공약이행평가단은 공약사항에 대한 추진 실적 및 이행 실태 평가 ,여건 변화에 따른 공약 사업 중 수정, 보완, 변경할 사항의 심의 및 건의 ,공약 사업 추진 과정에서 발생한 문제점에 대한 개선 방안 건의 등 교육감 공약사항의 성실한 이행 여부를 평가하게 된다.
한편 1기 공약이행평가단은 2019년 2월부터 2021년 1월까지 김지철 교육감 전체 공약 이행율 74.2%까지 평가하였다. 지난 2년 동안 공약이행평가단의 감시와 확인을 통해 2020년 충남교육청은 ‘한국매니페스토실천본부’에서 최고등급(SA) 평가를 받았다.

On the other hand, the 1st Commitment Performance Evaluation Team evaluated the overall pledge fulfillment rate of Superintendent Kim Ji-cheol from February 2019 to January 2021 up to 74.2%. During the past two years, the Chungnam Education Office received the highest grade (SA) rating from the “Korea Manifesto Practice Headquarters” in 2020 through the monitoring and confirmation of the commitment performance evaluation team.
