이날 심의에서는 1호 안건으로 지난 16일 코레일과 협약 체결된 복합2구역 민자사업 부지 내 현재 사용 중인 철도시설 이전을 위한 한국철도공사통합사무실 건립 부지확보와 쪽방촌 공공주택사업(1,400세대 규모) 구역 내 기존 국가철도공단 기록관 이전 부지를 마련하는 계획으로 원안 가결됐다.

2호 안건은 삼성4구역 재개발사업을 위한 촉진계획 변경 안으로 재개발사업과 관사 일부 보전을 위한 역사공원을 조성하는 계획으로 조건부 심의됐다.

심의에서는 또 사업구역 내 상태가 양호한 관사는 역사공원으로 이전 보존하는 사항으로 심의해 향후 시에서 역사전시관 등으로 활용하기로 했고, 공원 조성을 위한 부지확보를 위해 조합은 아파트 1동, 38세대 건축을 축소 조정하는 것으로 심의가 마무리됐다.
